Small Group Leader

Why Serve at FUSION as a Small Group Leader?
• Because this hour will be the best hour of your week
• Because you encourage life change!
• Because you get to build great relationships with the kids and the team!
• Because you can still grow as a Christian – we encourage everyone serving at FUSION to serve at one service and attend another!

I can’t teach a group of kids for and entire service!

• Small group leaders are not teachers
• Small group leaders guide kids through activities and meaningful discussion
• Small group leaders are only responsible for preparing a 15-20 minute component of the morning’s activities

What is the role of a small group leader?

• To prepare a 15-20 min. component of the mornings activities/discussion, using pre-planned program materials
• To sit with their group during PowerUP time (Large group) @ The Intersection (In the gym)
• To build relationships with the kids in their small group
• To serve every other week at one service - because kids need & deserve consistency in their small group leaders

Bible Communicator

Why serve as a Bible communicator at FUSION as a Bible communicator?
• Because this will be the best part of your week!
• Because you encourage life change!
• Because you get to share God’s word with the next generation!

What is the role of a Communicator?

• Communicators present God’s Word in dynamic, relevant and creative ways
• Communicators are responsible for preparing a 20-30 minute component of the PowerUP time (large group) @ The Intersection (in the gym)
• Communicators serve approximately once every 4 weeks at all 3 services
• Communicators will meet regularly for planning/service design
